Since we are going back this far, anyone remember Coach Dude?

He was a graduate assistant in either 2002 or 2003 or both and all of the players just called him coach dude. I think he was helping with the running backs

He was a friend of my buddy's and met him at Belltown Billiards one night and was there with Kasey Dunn. Good fella.(I didn't have a convo with Dunn...just coach dude)

Wonder if his coaching career took off. I remember that the players liked him.

Now that I remember...I think it was 2003 because he was talking up Chris Bruhn quite a bit.

On the other hand, Kasey was smart enough to get out of dodge without his name being continually brought up. He showed the smarts not to be Dunn in coaching.

I used to play hoops with Kasey when he was at the UI. A nice guy who wasn't that full of himself considering he was a pretty accomplished receiver. Nice to hear that he has had a pretty successful career after the Price/Alabama fiasco.
