Kent is officially back on the hot seat

Well i told you so goes both ways. Inexplicable as to how good they looked for 6 games and how bad they played the last 2 games. is it youth? We will find out soon enough. They beat better teams than the teams they lost to,

As usual, learned absolutely nothing from EK postgame. They shot the ball really well, our hands were in their face, energy was good. Just one of those things. One of those miserable things, I might add.

I am of the same thoughts as ElComanche
Either the Wooden classic was an aberation or the last two games were. Time will tell.

Defense wasn't as bad as Idaho made it look. Tough place for opposing teams to shoot. Also , it didn't really impact the game a lot, but officiating was terrible, and heavily in favor of Idaho. At least 3 of Franks fouls were of the phantom variety. A couple of horrible no calls where our guys got hammered going to the hoop.

Again no excuse for the performance, and time will tell which is the real WSU team

Just one more observation from last night. It looked like both teams came out focused on limiting the other teams biggest scorer. Idaho focused in making someone other than Franks beat them early, and nobody for the Cougs was able to step up other than Flynn for a few minutes. Cougs were the same with Sanders, but other guys were able to step up and score big. Idaho third option guys were making tougher shots than Cougs were missing.

Also. Nobody mentioned, but an Ergas siting. He got a couple of minutes in garbage time.
