but tbh, I personally don't think he left bc of that - he was a ringleader of Players United and ally of Benedict Woods, so I imagine he's persona non grata.

If he wasn’t second or third team he would still be wanted and also have a scholie from a power five school . But not sure how bad he wants to be the best .

Ed, for some it is indeed about how bad they want to be the best.

For others, it is enough to avoid being the worst.

And for yet another group, there is no desire for the sort of self-examination necessary to tell the difference....
