WSU/OSU winds up with dominion, or other 10 are allowed to vote on matters?

I’m saying 60:40 we come out ahead and other lose their right to dissolve conference or make any votes affecting future disbursements.

Non court, judge, non imposed Settlement.

WSU, OSU given control of PAC, so that can rebuild PAC, 10 can't vote, can't dissolve PAC, in exchange that altho WSU, OSU get about 53% of money, and the rest of money get split 10 ways amongst the 10.

If no settlement, about 67% chance that Court, Judge decide in favor of WSU, OSU

Settlement - each of the traitors agree to play either OSU or WSU in home and homes from here to eternity so effectively still in the PAC with out being the PAC. Can still sell recruits and season ticket holders on big boy football and get a good media deal.

We get control, they get whatever they have coming for this season

It is held that even announcing you’re leaving before 8/2024 is breech and Cougs and Beavs get more than just the assets.

PAC-12 conference files to move the case from State court in Colfax to federal court in San Francisco.

Headlines, tweets and meme’s rule the landscape for the next couple of years while WSU and OSU die on the vine.

All the attorney’s involved end up with new cars, boats and vacation homes.

PAC-12 Commissioner George Kliovkoff in his final official duty mails a liquidation check to each school in the amount of one dollar and nine cents.

Reading the bylaws, I don’t see that there’s room for any other interpretation.

My actual prediction is that no clarity is provided until after the conference dissolves and the point is essentially moot. And then the lawyers split the money between them and the schools get nothing.

If the courts do give control to OSU and WSU, they should immediately fire Kliavkoff.

Shit they should fire him yesterday.

We just need to get our heads out of our asses and talk the Mtn. West into dissolving and joining the Pac 14 or 16 or whatever the number is. Make their commissioner ours, and off we go. Why is this so F-ing hard to understand? We have no other options. F the Big 12. Playing our games half way across the country? Or farther? NO. F you traitors. Hope it turns into a nightmare for you.

Let's just stay out west and make the best of it.

It’s pretty clear to me

“Ten schools have given notice that they are leaving the Pac-12 for other conferences,” the announcement reads. “According to the Pac-12 constitution and bylaws, if a member school gives notice of withdrawal, they automatically cease to be a member of the Pac-12 board of directors. Therefore, Oregon State and Washington State now constitute the entire membership of the Pac-12 board of directors.”

The problem is that right now some portion of the 10 - and apparently Kliavkoff - are maintaining that they get a say in what we do. Under the bylaws, I don’t see any way that’s the case…but a judge needs to agree.

Problem is that Kliavkoff is now trying to protect his job, and the jobs of his staff. He knows that they only way he continues to get a paycheck is if the 10 let him stay.

F that POS. I'm sure he has plenty of money. If he had any ounce of self-resect, he would resign.

He has 3? years on his contract. He’s looking for a sell out kickback.

The 10 want to liquidate and close up shop for the PAC. How does that protect his job/staff?

By contract they’ll have to pay him for how ever many years he’s under contract for. His staff is probably screwed except for a few high level guys.

Like I said; he’s looking for a bonus for shutting it down. He’s covered, and his staff isn’t if the PAC is shut down. It’s not about the staff.

WSU / OSU win and ultimately take control of the PAC 2 !

What follows :
1. Terminate most of the no longer PAC 12, keep an officer and someone with financial authority.
2. Move the PAC 2 headquarters to Spokane, not Pullman or Corvallis.
3. Identify the "lawyers" that wrote the documents/agreements that the old PAC 12 operated under.
File a civil complaint against each of them, charging misrepresentition - negligent. Only wish it could be a criminal complaint ! Ask $$$$$ damages ! Clarity means that a regulation is written so that the meaning will be easily understood by those persons directly affected by it. Thanks to "lawyers" is that what the PAC 12 officer's hires did ?
4. The PAC 2 must defend against "lawyers" in the future - any use of "lawyers" for the production of agreements or regulations must include signed agreement that those individuals be legally and financially responsible for subsequent proceedings that dispute the clarity of the created document they authored !
5. NEVER play the dogs again !

Not if the court, facts, etc, show that the commish was not only incompetent, but actually tried to sabotage the media deal process, in order to try to get the PAC to fall apart, so that certain programs could leave the PAC, so that those programs, would allow him to stay being the commish, and if the commish tried to hijack the PAC from WSU, OSU, and give it back to the 10, so that the 10 could wrongfully vote, and vote to dissolve PAC, and split the money, and so that the 10 would then let him stay being the commish.

If that, then WSU, OSU, could theoretically FIRE George FOR CAUSE, which invalidates having to pay the remainder of the contract, if FIRE George.

Need him in place so they can name him on this, I mean we knew he was incompetent but trying to circumvent the bylaws so obviously? Man that could be a gift for our case. You absolutely are starting to wade into "for cause" territory here.
