He's getting $5M, which I thought would be the number. The main thing is the assistants pool, which is $4.7M for 10 coaches compared to our $3.2M. We might think we're paying a lot compared to years past, but it's peanuts compared to other schools. Also, MSU stepped up, they were paying Moorhead $3.2M and gave Leach $5M and probably increased the salary amount for the assistants too. I'll assume the new coach will be about $2.5-$3M. I hope we can get the assistants pool up to about or even $4M.
