When he was offered I had the impression he was an afterthought since his HS teammate Ben Schlenbaker committed. Additionally I thought he was being recruited at Safety. If you listen to the WR's in the after practice videos they all say he is balling out at camp and has some great wheels. CJD has also commented in as much as saying he will probably see the field this year. He was lightly recruited with offers from Idaho and Idaho St.

Any of you guys from the Bellingham area? Curious to know more about this kid and why he was so lightly recruited.

Edit....just checked his bio on Wsucougars.com appears he transferred from Meridan Idaho after his Jr year to Squalicom in Bham. Also appears to play have played QB. Makes sense why he feel under the radar.

Not sure if this staff will have some trick plays up their sleeve but having a guy that can do Collin Henderson things would be pretty cool…especially with Cam Wards quick release.
