I was listening to a recent Jeremy Mauss* Podcast and he said that the other P5 conferences can vote to remove P5 status from the Pac#. If that is true I can't see them doing that if we can keep Stanford and Cal into the fold. If we can't gawd knows what those aholes will do just to keep back a little money for themselves.

It's the main option.

Another option is to get SDSU, SMU, Memphis, USF, Tulane, Rice, UNLV, Fresno St, Appalachian St, BSU, Utah St, CSU, Gonzaga, NDSU, THE BEST DAMN MID MAJORS ON THE PLANET, that would get the PAC 4/X, about a 20 mil to 30 mil per team deal.

Wyoming, New Mexico, New Mexico St, Reno, Hawaii, Air force, Idaho, EWU, Montana, Weber State, UTEP, Sacramento St, Cal Poly, etc, are NOT good enough.

Doesn't matter about academics, or Geography, you grab, get the best, even if they are a truck driving degree or in China.
