Malachi Flynn was ear marked by National Publication fanragsports.com as one of the 10 most under rated players who may become stars during the 2017-2018 basketball season. It stated that he impressed many during the Training Camp in Colorado during the summer tryouts. They look for him to be one of the top point guards in the PAC 12 this season.

I am hoping that this years team will surprise some people. There are some oddball posters on brand x who think that they should just plan for next year. Having a good point guard can make a team much better than expected.

I think next year could be real good, but if it is going to be good there will be some improvement this year.

There has to be very noticeable improvement this year. Last years' players were an odd collection of players. Last years' players all had flaws and all were not complete players. This years' players all seem to have good all around ability. The question is how good are this group of players?I believe that the team will have better teamwork, and be a better defensive team. The scoring is of some concern and two consistent scorers have to emerge for the team to be a better team.
