Not that surprising he took over a 9 win team team that had gone bowling 4 out of 5 years, and people didn't like him from the beginning. My guess is they are going to try and make a play for Chip Kelly.
The have the Under Armor founder like Oregon has Phil Knight, and it won't surprise me at all if he tries to replicate what happened at Oregon. Either that or Greg Schiano (although I think he heads back to Rutgers)

On surface Schiano seems a natural for Rutgers. Flood is in dead-man-walking status. He has some support there from what I have gleaned from their website but also a lot of reluctance in many quarters to bring him back too. Not sure why but it's there.
If the Under Armor folks try to turn Maryland into Oregon of the East I would expect them to go after someone with greater repute than Schiano although I wouldn't rule him out. Seems like everybody and their brother assumes that Kelly is done in Philadelphia and are lining up to go after him. If Kelly does leave the Eagles then it will turn into a real bidding war. One that Texas will probably win. So maybe Schiano to Maryland after all. Or Schiano to Rutgers and somebody else to Maryland. Hell, I don't know and I don't know why I am posting this. I am confused as usual.
