One thing for sure - it looks like Seltzer and Haskins are major upgrades from the coaches they replaced - Graham and Dominguez. Big mistake by Ernie to start out his tenure with two assistants who evidently weren't recruiters - not even sure if they had even been involved with recruiting in recent years.
