This time I'm going to agree with him to an extent. Flynn especially just didn't look to have his legs tonight. Part of it was UCLA just started to put the hammer down on defense and were getting easy looks in bunches in the second half.

Short bench, Sunday to Wednesday turnaround after a long road trip against a top 10-ish team is tough at this point in the season. Hopefully Saturday is good to us again. SC is talented as well.

UCLA was bigger faster and more talented. Plus they were stinging from 2 straight losses. We could have made look prettier down the stretch but no way we could have kept it much closer than 8 or 10.

Playing a short bench gets to players especially on a Sunday-Wednesday turn. He is over playing Ike, Hawk, Callison. 37 per just isn't going to work. UCLA has superior talent as well.

Further they are too short with essentially 3 PG's in the lineup. Can't understand it he gets good minutes from Pollard and then fails to play him the next game.

Just a huge talent gap between the five or six teams above them in the standings. Lack or recruiting is not made up for by experience in those cases.

I expected to see Pollard earlier in the game to steal a few minutes for Hawkinson. We are going to run the starters into the ground by the last third of the season.

Good point tho Hawkinson is one who seems to be able to play a lot of minutes. It would be interesting to see how the Sun-Wed Teams fare over the course of a season to Sat Thursday turns.

Should be back to normal by Saturday at least.
