Here's the press release that was sent out early Tuesday morning:

"The Pac-12 Conference office announced a final addition to the Washington State men's basketball schedule as the Cougars will face off against Arizona State, Monday, March 1 at Tempe. The game is scheduled for a 12 p.m. PT tip on the Pac-12 Network.

The game, previously scheduled for Dec. 31 at Pullman, was originally postponed due to Covid-19 protocol within the ASU program. The Cougars, who will already be in Tempe for their regularly scheduled contest Saturday, will remain in Tempe to make up the lost game from earlier in the season. With the contest, the Cougars will have completed every regular season contest that was scheduled at the beginning of the season."

In a way, I think this helps WSU. ASU altho fast, quick, smaller, good, etc, after 1 game, of having to deal with WSU's TALLER, more PHYSICAL lineup, defense, etc, would be tired, worn out enough by 1 game, vs WSU's height, length, strength, athleticism, physicality, etc.

During the 2nd game ASU would have a harder time dealing with WSU's height, length, weight, athleticism, strength, physicality, etc.

I know there are some who woukd say that ASU's speed, quickness would tire, wear out, gas WSU during a 2nd game.

But WSU just has so much depth, and Noah Williams, Bonton, Rapp, Warren, Bamba, AJ, EFE, Dischon Jackson, Vova, Kunc, Miller, being in the rotation, is enough to prevent WSU from getting too tired.

I think that because of that, WSU wins at least 1 of the 2 games vs ASU, and at least wins the 2nd game.

And if WSU wins the 1st game, I think WSU wins both games, by winning the 2nd game.
