Good job coaching staff! Looks like the kind of player WSU is able to get & hopefully develop into a good and solid Pac-12 performer. If Houston was indeed offering, that really does suggest he could be a nice pickup. Kelvin usually goes after high level players.

Three-star point guard Myles Rice committed to Washington State on Saturday.
Agree on the Sampson point plus you know they are also going to be tough with the potential to defend. I was hoping for Greer but hope they continue to pursue Greer and Washington.

Honestly, I haven't seen Houston listed as having offered Rice. Still, on 247, his rating is .8932 which would make him our 12th all time rated recruit. I trust this staff. I think he will fit in fine.
If Houston has offered, I'm surprised we could overcome the cash that Sampson included.
Since there has been nothing official (even though his HS coach said he's "signed sealed and delivered") I think this kid is still looking. Why else wouldn't he sign in the early period?
