Yeah, watching it. The athleticism and talent in the G5 bottom half is down right a big step down.

San Diego doesn't even look like the same team who we played two weeks ago, and the Lobos are, well...The Lobos.

I really don't even want to go there, because its painful to consider, but what does it say about the Cougs if anything? Does this lay solely at the feet of the coaches? Obviously we have the talent to outperform these teams, but for some reason that hasn't happened.

As I stated earlier, I'm going to look at the positive and if we win, not matter how ugly, I'll be happy, but its puzzling to say the least.

A curb stomping tomorrow would do a lot to address my concerns. And I mean in favor of the Cougs.

Hawaii is really the only FBS team we “curb stomped” from a scoring standpoint but I’d I recall we didn’t dominate them statistically.

Are we the luckiest team in America? I’m okay with that if we are so long as we can keep that up for 4 more games.

LOBOS DEFEAT #22 UCLA!​

The Lobos men's basketball team took down #22 UCLA with a final score of 72 to 64! Picking up their first non-conference ranked win since 2012.

It's always tricky to compare scores. When we played SDSU, they were coming off a couple wins and playing with confidence. We beat them and broke their mojo and then they got curb stomped by Boise State. New Mexico was coming off a couple losses but were trending better rather than worse.

We will want to take New Mexico seriously when we play them....they are going to make a hard run at us.
