Gawd, as a salesman I feel that scene so hard. Sucks having someone crawfish on you AND they go to your closest competitor.
The recruiting service I follow said he definitely looks like a P12 receiver. Late bloomer hurt by the canceled season. Practice tape really popped.

Funny that you thought of Brett Bartolone, too. He was relatively unheralded when he came out of La Habra High. And he was never going to win many California 100 yard dash titles. But if he hadn't injured himself (and he took a lot of shots in traffic before that happened), he may well have gone down as one of our best possession receivers ever. He was also a smart kid. I still hear about what he is doing in coaching from his uncle when I run into him at the grocery store.
This kid looks like somebody who gets separation and can catch the ball. I have no way to know how smart he is, but if he is at least a little above average (important for a R&S WR), he might end up being a gamer. Ed, Brett is who I thought of...I guess we share that!
We also land Cole Nora PWO. If he plays RB, his receiving and pass pro look strong.

He looks to me like a Patmon Cracraft hybrid. Big, sneaky fast, good body control and excellent hands. Nothing wrong at all with this.
Compared to Renard (who is finding great success in the run and shoot) he is huge, with time to grow and fill out.
