They come into the game at 1-1 losing to Louisville on the road 85-72. Last year they had a 21-10 record and were 15-3 in conference play. They averaged 82.5 pts per game and their opponents 75.3 pts They shot 35.7 from 3 pt land and their opponents 37.3 % The starting lineup goes 6'9.6.7.6'3.6'2 and 5'10.They are a quick team and play at a fast tempo. They like to trap and full court press for most of the game. It should be a good early test for the cougs.There will be a lot of scoring in the game.It will be an interesting game for those still in Pullman.

They also bring a new coach but I doubt much will change considering he was an assistant to the last coach

I watched a video of their first game. From what i saw in that game the cougs should win. I did not see the Louisville game so i cannot comment on it, If Elleby, and Kunc, play well the cougs will win as they have no one to match with them.Their guards while good players are not an over whelming bunch.Their press and defense are coordinated and well coached I want to see how the cougs perform against a decent D 1 team.
