I bet max could pull a 500k deal. It would be a lot more if it looked like he was staying for more time.
It will be interesting to see what is out there for kids. Now that the gloves are off on self promotion, how many IG/twitter followers can a kid gain? Ultimately their ability to gain eyes is what will drive their value in the market.
Some kid from Tennessee State U signed a 2 mil deal. I would imagine there are some crazy ones in the works.
Or the grifter agent that put it together is pumping sunshine to get more clients on board.
Maybe this will follow in the path of the current real estate market. FOMO or die baby!
I’m going with some guy who inherited a string of Chevy dealerships across the whole state. Who also happens to be an alumnus. And also happens to be a dumb shit when it comes to business.
I think you will see schools like Nebraska, Michigan, Tennessee, Miami, Florida State that have all declined… come roaring back to life.
I think you will see urban schools that have typically not done much find themselves in a position to gain ground. They have access to millions of people and tons of businesses that want to advertise. Cal, UCLA, Rutgers, etc.
I think you will see schools that are G5 gain ground. What happens when UNLV starts landing casino deals for kids???

I think most are missing the point and you are dead on.. The athletes getting the money have social media followings.. Lots of access to people and advertising..
Others have marketability depending on their niche (e.g. great hair, teeth, or eyes = hair, teeth, or eye [sunglasses] endorsements). That said, you're right...social media accounts score big.
It's not going to level the playing field. They are trying to blow smoke up your behind and smile at the same time.
