I think Paul Simon would like thatDisturbed.... Sound of Silence
If you haven't heard it before... please listen. You'll be glad you did.
This was going to be my pick. Followed by “All along the watchtower.” Since others took those first…Disturbed.... Sound of Silence

I like Disturbed's version, but I think the original by S&G is much better. But, I will pick another Paul Simon (and Garfunkel) song. The Bangles "Hazy Shade of Winter".Disturbed.... Sound of Silence

Had no idea that was a S and G song...yep, excellent cover.I like Disturbed's version, but I think the original by S&G is much better. But, I will pick another Paul Simon (and Garfunkel) song. The Bangles "Hazy Shade of Winter".
Her and Madonna have take two different approaches to aging.Had no idea that was a S and G song...yep, excellent cover.
And Suzzana Hoffs was and is sure easy on the eyes. Hard to believe she's now 64!
Hoffs is a honey, but I always had a crush on bassist Michael Steele.Had no idea that was a S and G song...yep, excellent cover.

The Bangles were in their prime when I was at WSU, and it was the time when MTV actually showed music videos. There were a lot of us who were hot for Ms. Hoffs.Had no idea that was a S and G song...yep, excellent cover.

Diabetes is a bitch and it took Danny way too young at 53. You watch the Molly Hatchet live videos when he was in his prime and you can see the profuse perspiration, a telltale sign of diabetes.Molly Hatchett's version of "Dreams I'll Never See" is my top choice for a remake. Allman Bros version was good, but Danny Jo Brown has the perfect voice for that song.
I meant the height of their popularity 🤣, But I agree. She still looks amazing. Were?
She’s still a fine looking woman.
64 is the new something Something younger than 64.
Saw KD Lang in Spokane and she brought the house down with her cover of Hallelujah. I'm a big Cohen fan but it is hard to beat Lang's cover of Hallelujah.Hallelujah covered by too many to name. Great story behind the writing which took him years plus initially getting passed to release in the US. Cohen is still the best IMHO, but many prefer the Jeff Buckley or maybe KD Lang version. I believe Dillon was the first to cover it. Cohen's flat out brilliant in my book.
Gotta be honest, outside of Eddie’s guitar work, I never much liked VH.
We all like what we like. At least from me, not offended at all. In fact, I think the last couple of albums with DLR before he left the band were horrible. I hated the songs Panama, Jump, etc.Gotta be honest, outside of Eddie’s guitar work, I never much liked VH.
I know that Joe Dirt and all the VH fans will be offended by this, but I liked them better with Sammy Hagar.
Agree, Lang's the best of the many covers of Hallelujah IMO as well.Saw KD Lang in Spokane and she brought the house down with her cover of Hallelujah. I'm a big Cohen fan but it is hard to beat Lang's cover of Hallelujah.
I also vote for Hendricks cover of Dylan's "All along the Watchtower."
I never liked VH until it became Van Hagar.Gotta be honest, outside of Eddie’s guitar work, I never much liked VH.

Rock"n . Man that's just awesome!!Better than the original? No.
But deserves a spot on the list for it's sheer force...
Very Nice!I like Disturbed's version, but I think the original by S&G is much better. But, I will pick another Paul Simon (and Garfunkel) song. The Bangles "Hazy Shade of Winter".
Loved Sammy's solo stuff better than I liked his VH days for the most part.I never liked VH until it became Van Hagar.
Her version is really good, but her own stuff is incredible,Agree, Lang's the best of the many covers of Hallelujah IMO as well.
