Only way we get in now is if the committee moves us up 2+ spots. That’s not gonna happen.
Now it’s up to the Alamo to pick between us, Utah, and Stanford. I think we’re the clear choice, but I’m not going to count on it. Waiting to book tickets until the afternoon.

If I read the Big 12 selection criteria right, the Alamo can pick any of the eligible Big 12 teams. It should be Iowa State or West Virginia based on standings...and those are the only teams better than 6-6.

For marketability, the Alamo’s choices blow. There’s nobody available from the Big 12 that has much following. PAC-12 choices aren’t much better from a national perspective, but Utah & Stanford bring big TV markets. WSU likely fills more seats and brings some north Texas TV viewers. From a business perspective, Alamo folks must be cursing the CFP.
