The school needs to figure out what they are going to be doing with all the extra people on campus from 9am to 4pm. Breakfast buffet in the field house? Would be kind of cool to find a way to feature the basketball teams. Some sort of preview or open practice.

Anyone got better ideas?

I like the basketball feature. Expand this idea to also feature women’s soccer, volleyball, and all the other sports. The open practices wouldn’t be very exciting for cross country but there could still be meet and greet if these teams have matches in Pullman that weekend.

If Klay ends up being the guest picker roll that into some type of basketball open house, slam dunk and autograph session.

“All the extra people” will not need activity advice from the college. That is why bars, taverns, tailgates and football games were invented.

These spaces fill with normal gameday traffic. The average coug fans spend the 4 hours leading up to the game on campus not the 9 hours leading up to the game. There will be a much larger presence early in the day this week. The School would be wise to take advantage of this opportunity.

Ferdinand needs to be open at 10
Speaking of Ferdinand's....forget the cheese!

Ferdinand's Huckleberry Ripple Ice Cream was awarded the #1 winner in in the USA in 2017, 2016, and 2015. Absolutely amazing. Best Ice Cream I've ever tasted. Not partaking in sugar these days, but had to try it. Was absolutley blown away. Shocked on how sensational it tastes.

As mentioned.... "for the third year in a row, the Department of Animal Sciences at WSU has claimed the national ice cream trophy, the “Big Scoop.”
The department’s dairy students and faculty, partnering with the WSU Creamery, competed at the American Society of Animal Sciences Ice Cream Competition, held July 9 in Baltimore, Md. Judges at the event voted with their spoons, declaring WSU’s Huckleberry Ripple the winner."

How do we get this ice cream to the GameDay guys at 6am? I'm serious!

Ice cream for breakfast? More than a little weird but, then again, Ferdinand's huckleberry ripple beats corn flakes. Send them some. Somebody will eat it.

Like you, I try to avoid carbs these days but had to cheat with the huckleberry ripple. Well worth it.
