How many years did Helfrich have to find a long-term replacement? If he recruited as well as he whines about the refs citing obvious holding and blocking violations, he wouldn't have to resort to stealing another program's QB.

He made the wrong choice in free agency. Should have gone after Braxton Miller.

Surprising to me how poorly Vernon Adams has played recently. I know that he has a broken finger and it might just be that. Or it could just be that he is new to the team and offense. Anyway, they need someone who can run. Mariota really saved that team last year.

All this QB talk is nice and all, but I haven't seen a defense that bad since.....wait for it.....my last trip to Pullman.

Utah's a strong team, but they're not known for their offensive ingenuity. Eastern WA and Michigan State also had their best offensive showing's against Oregon. Gonna be a long year in Eugene. I think we have a great shot at beating them.

Their ability to defend the pass made Wilson look like Heisman candidate. Damn, those uniforms....they looked good even in a blowout loss.

Heard multiple times that highly rated QBs didn't want to sit behind Mariota, so Oregon struggled to get their top-notch guy. Plus, Helfrich is no Chip Kelly...
