Cockrell is rated as a 2 or 3 star 6 '0 HS PG.He is still being recruited by the cougs. So far,he has offers from Texas Tech,Houston and the cougs. He seems to have the pure Pg skill sets required and the leadership abilities needed in a college D1 PG. I wonder where the cougs are in his recruitment?

Yarden Willis - 7-0/230 C Seward CC - Has 3 to play
David Appelgren - 7-1/220 Laramie County CC

Look better than earlier 2 but not seeing much of an impact. Appelgren seems to have the most upside.

We've offered 4 JC seven footers in the past week. Something tells me Ernie is looking for a rim protector ASAP.

Appelgren looks to be far better athletically of the two. But the cougs need a Pg to take control of the team. The last few PG s just have not been able to do that.The cougs need to free up a scholarship to get a post and a PG.Appelgren is from Sweden and currently is second in the juco ranks with 75 blocks .So if Kent wants a rim protector,Appelgren and Bol seem to be the best bets. Applegran looks far more polished in his game.

The only one of the three big who has received other offers is Cook who recently picked up an offer from Detroit.The rest are lightly recruited big men with few offers.
