Good for him (and you too, PGW). Nice to be proven right once in a while. I'm still waiting.
Much deserved. I suppose you could have made a case for Mata'afa, but as I've said in previous threads, we need ALL of the young players to step it up. Pippins is great, but he'd be even better if our safeties and other cornerbacks develop as well.
Its so nice seeing our corner(s) attacking the ball instead of holding onto the WR's for dear life. Excellent work Pippins!
Pippens is a ballhawk and locked down one side of the field against an All American. Exciting to see the young secondary mature.
Great kid and I'd like to see him make the All_Pac 12 team. Maybe put his picture on a silo in the future, but good enough for now.
Here's some playoff basketball footage during Pippins junior year in high school that some of you may have not seen. Pippins was a solid two sport athlete in HS. On top of that the kid has a very good heart.
