Maybe I am the only one, but when I think about this years team, I first think about Franks return, then I think about Elleby and Kunc, then the new jc guards. I even think about Skaggs making a strong contribution this year. The guy I often forget is Chidum. Not predicting a total breakout year like Franks had last year, but I saw nothing last year to spoil expectations that Chidum still has the upside to be a key contributor this season.

I agree with you. Last year when he first got some playing time he tried to do too much but once he got some playing time and settled down he played pretty well.

Chidom's strengths are intriguing with his length, shooting, and "sneaky" athleticism. If he can get a bit stronger, improve his decision making, and maybe handles I really think he can make an impact. I wanted to see a lot more of him last year but for long stretches he would get lost on the bench. Would like to know why that was the case but hope he gets plenty of minutes in ooc.

I have often thought if you play these weak sister schedules then you should play and get PT for the bench but that never happens.

We were down at half to Texas Southern, Seattle U, and up 5 against Idaho State. We won those games but not a lot of chance to get minutes for the bench when you need a comeback. Really hoping that's not the case with this schedule.

Winning should build confidence but after wins against quality opponents like St. Joe's, St. Mary's, and SDSU how exactly did that work out last year? We lost 3 straight against UC Davis, Idaho (a blowout), and UTEP.

Not syre what happened to this team last year, but clearly under achieved after a nice start
