So we have seen the articles. But this is the cherry on top. DNA confirmed that his semen was on the 18 year old co-ed's sleeve in AUGUST. But he has been on paid leave until November 29? Finally resigns to avoid the "administrative" hearing?

WTH has Mayor Glenn Johnson been doing all these months? Why was this guy not fired the day after the DNA results came in? And why wasn't PPD Chief Jenkins fired the same day? And where is the outrage in Pullman? You would think you would have 10,000 coeds marching on City Hall over this.

Finally, this guy is going to prison.
