While WILNER has a point, Pac 12 needs SDSU to get a BIGGER, BETTER media deal, to help to try to convince to force UCLA to stay, to stabilize, help with recruiting, and to help with doing a Joint alliance media deal with ACC in future, and to make sure Big 12 doesn't get SDSU.


And just like the Pac 12 is getting 2 Media deal offer bids with and without UCLA, Pac 12 is probably getting 2 bids with and without SDSU, and the bid with SDSU is probably a better bid, and the Pac 12 has probably told the media that negotiating a media deal with that SDSU is a DONE DEAL, but that they won't announce it until after the media deal done, because they said they wouldn't expand until after the media deal gets done.

So PAC 12 probably gets a bigger, better media deal because of SDSU joining PAC 12. And then a second after that media deal gets done, it gets announced that SDSU is joining PAC 12.

Also Dan Patrick said that according to his sources, that Pac 12, and SDSU have been negotiating behind closed doors for weeks.

Again WILNER naysays that because of what the Pac 12 not expanding until media deal done.

But while I think that WILNER makes a valid point that it won't get announced until after the media deal is done, I do believe Dan Patrick that the Pac 12 and SDSU have been negotiating, and that SDSU, Pac 12, have reached a agreement, and that SDSU is joining the Pac 12, and that it will help PAC 12 get better media deal, and that it will be announced after the media deal gets done.
