Remember when the NFL was handing out gazillion dollar signing bonuses to draft picks and they were soaking up all the $ in the salary cap before even playing a down?

At this point, if you have no NIL $ to offer, you might as well wait until a month before signing day to start recruiting. Let the dust settle on who has $ and whoever doesn’t… those are your guys.
