It is never too early to talk about recruiting. The cougs have already lost out on some good front court players. With Bernstein leaving, there is a big gap to fill next year.. Cooper has been a major disappointment this year. So unless he makes a quantum leap the cougs will desperately need another big.The cougs will need a rim protector for next year. Perhaps it will be another graduate transfer as the better players both in HS and the jucos are making commitments. The one commit,Elleby, will be a major asset next year. if another scholarship opens up, i would to see them sign Riley Sorn to see if he can grow and develop. But the recruiting news has been very quiet the last few months.

Not really sure Cooper is a major disappointment, he only averaged about 2 ppg in JC ball. EK must have taken a page out of Paul Graham's big man recruiting playbook to take this guy. Maybe Hinson/Cooper came as a package? If that was the case, maybe skip on both.

We have filled roster spots with marginal JC talent. Cooper and Langston are basically practice players.

A brandx poster noticed Langston wasn't on the bench the last 2 games. Wonder if he decided to transfer mid-season?

If so it opens up a needed scholarship. Cooper is a major disappointment in that i thought he might give them a rim protector. Hinson has been coming on the last two games.

I didn’t expect much from Cooper this year hopefully he is advancing enough in practice to be able to contribute next year. I was hoping for a little more from Hinson early but he is playing better as of late. Ergas has been my biggest disappointment so far this year, I thought we would get at least something out of him. Elleby will be a nice addition and I thing we will have enough returners in place to have the luxury of bringing him along at a gradual pace
