Reflections on my Piscataway trip

After nearly 24 hours to digest the events of yesterday's game, this is what I'm taking away from the game:

• Twice on the last drive I saw receivers deliberately drop or miss "easy" catches that would have gained little yardage and possibly cost them time. I am 99% sure that is the product of good coaching.
• I want to apologize to Falk. I was down there dishing out high 5s in the post game and rubbed his head as he walked below me. He looked pissed. Sorry man I was just really fired up.
• Sorry to harp on it since I live in NY and cannot do anything about it but lots of fans are the best fans.
• Running/galloping down 14 wet and slippery rows of bleachers to the railing to participate in the post game celebration was great.

Yeah, I thought there were alot of WSU fans at the game... Especially at Harvest Moon beforehand.

At least get some s'mores to go along with it? As a fan of a team that has had it's share of turmoil over the last 10 years, we understand the frustration of being asked to be a fan when things are going to hell in a handbasket. We were there last week.

At least get some s'mores to go along with it? As a fan of a team that has had it's share of turmoil over the last 10 years, we understand the frustration of being asked to be a fan when things are going to hell in a handbasket. We were there last week.

On the positive side I had to choose between attending WSU or Kansas as I can't take off more than 1 Saturday a month May to October. I picked Kansas because it's Homecoming. Hopefully it'll have a better ending.

Have a good year guys and don't ever forget, win or lose it should always be fun. Otherwise why bother?

I like your chances against the Jayhawks. That should be the kind of game that gets everyone excited about the rest of the season.
