That's borderline sick (and probably still a crime?) even if HE was actually 17. At 25, definitely sick and a crime. Wait, hopefully not - per below.

I remember a football player 15 years ago or so who had a great senior year but was ruled
Ineligible for basketball because he turned 21. (Looked it up it was 19 years and 9 months)
