Chun's floating his name out there....I sense he's looking to move on to bigger things.

I thought it was interesting it happened to be Northwestern where he interviewed, which is more and more becoming an in conference rival to Ohio State. Thought it might turn out as an okay thing if NW interviewed and didn’t select him as Ohio State is rung or two above. Might sour some Ohio State eyes. Also could be a little warning shot for his alma matter to pick him up. Who knows, hope he stays.

Hurray! Chun is staying, at least for now.

Either Northwestern hired Knowlton of Cal(The other candidate.

Or Chun wasnt serious, and was giving warning shots to WSU, Ohio St.

Or the Pres gave Chun incentive to stay for now.

Close call. But Chun is looking to leave.

So either gotta either give Chun lots of incentive to stay for a longer time.

Or have Chun hire his replacement(Chun is the only one I would trust to hire a replacement AD as good as or better then Chun, as I dont trust the Pres, to hire a good replacement for Chun)

Also now is the time to have Rolo, Smith have a good, awesome year this coming season, and then get contract raises, extensions for the next 3,4,5 years, before Chun leaves, because only way to get Rolo, Smith, if they are successful this year, to stay 3,4,5 more years, is for Chun to stay 2,3,4 more years before leaving WSU.

If Chun leaves now, or between now to 1 and 1/2 years, WSU might probably lose 1 of either Rolo or Smith, if they are succesful.

I think half of the problem with speculation of Chun leaving is Jon Wilner He's been writing Chun in for every job that's available, he even suggested USC hire him about 6 months ago. Wilner does what he can to screw over the Cougs on a regular basis.
