Dubots at LB.

Dubots at LB.
How could I forget the "little Dubie" story? Now there's 60. Speaking of Dubots...Shalom Luani was only 205 at the same position Dubots may be projeted for. Ran a 10.44 100. Maybe he'll be a gunner on special teams.

I have wondered if Dubots projects more to nickel than WILL because of that speed even though they seem to convert more dbs to nickel due to their coverage ability. I do believe Dubots did get some time in the secondary in high school though didn't he?

Hasn't Will Rodgers, III been getting reps along the line this season?

As of now, I think our two best CB's are Harper and Strong... Best Nickel by far is Dale.
We also will need someone to take over Taylor's safety spot and Harper, Jr might end up the best option. Saw on the other board a former V-Tech corner is expected to take a visit (6-2 180). He's a December grad and could compete in the spring.

Thanks for posting!

D looking filfthy next year. I like what Phelps is doing with the D Line technique and really have no concerns. I think Hercules is back for sure as well.

WR look deep and talented. Hoping OLine can reload, and losing a couple of really good backs in Wicks and Morrow. Hope we got some studs coming in to fill their shoes.

Speaking of WRs..... I think the commits we have now is the best group of WRs I have seen in a really long time.

And not to bag on any players, but jeez, Greg Hoyd is still around?

Has he played this year?

It's rare, these days to see a guy stick around for 5 years, but never really contribute much.
