We've had the full run of recruiting coordinators over the years, from really lousy (Phlugrad comes to mind) to very good, and everything in between. Richardson needs a little more track record to be fairly judged, particularly a year where kids can visit the campus. But at this point I would predict that he may be in the top 10%, and certainly looks good to be in the top quarter.

We spent some time with Richardson at the signing day event at NQ last year. He’s definitely a recruiter.
