RIP Ronald Shurer, Cougar Medal of Honor winner

He was at WSU quite a few years after I was. But a man like this makes me proud to have any connection to him.
As we come up to Memorial Day and I remember my dad, who passed away too young, with issues related to his Army service. My heart reaches out to those left behind by our heroes passings.
God bless them all. We are so much better for having had them in our lives.
