Haven't seen him announce but Theo Lawson of the Spokesman has tweeted Franks will return. A big plus heading into next year with so many new faces. Should help a bunch.

Given the way he announced his intentions I am happy to see him come back when he didn't receive the interest at the level he hoped. Some would have signed with an agent and dropped out of school leaving them without the choice to come back. Glad for him given how things turned out and of course glad for WSU (and us)!
