I laugh at people who ask “why would a running back want to play in the Air Raid?” I looked at the stats last night and our running backs combined for 26 touches, over 151 yards and 3 touchdowns. And the best part is that you aren’t getting pounded every play by defensive linemen and linebackers.

Depth at this position is a concern right now but if running backs want touches and actually finish their college career healthy, play in the Air Raid. Or go to Stanford and UW have what happened to Love and Gaskin to you by your junior and senior year

Not only that but the modern NFL offense relies on RBs that can catch the ball and pass block. Borghi has all the tools to be an every down NFL back and to your point doesn’t need 300 carries between the tackles to prove it.

Williams is more of a 3rd down back I think but show me another college back that catches the ball and picks up blitzes better.
