There aren't very secret, usually it comes out right away, who, when, where. Lately its been Montana. Someone told me its Montana State which makes sense.

Is there going to be a exhibition game, and when is it?

I assume the answer is yes, as they usually have a exhibition game that is more then a scrimmage, and is a tune up, but it doesn't count on official win loss record, altho it can affect your ranking, and win loss projections by the ESPN types, etc.

And who will it be against?

Seattle U, LC ST, Idaho St types?

It used to be and I’m not sure if it’s still this way but teams could opt to have “secret scrimmages “ or exhibition games. Any combo of those twice. So 2 scrimmages or 2 exhibition games or one and one. The scrimmages could be against D-1 opponents, while the exhibition games had to be against non D-1 schools or the traveling teams ( Athletes in Action, Brewster Packing ect).
It appears Coach Smith prefers the scrimmage way.
