Head coaches can have one in home visit. Assistant coaches can do more than one (I don’t think there is a limit, but can’t remember). Lake is a head coach.

I am guessing that until after the bowl, he is still an assistant coach. So, he can still make his visits and is not limited to the one visit. But, of course he will talk to them as the head coach.
