Will that affect other sports like VBall, Bball, etc?

I could see that if the other sports players have interacted with, bern around, mingled, etc, with the Soccer team.

Hoping not to start a shit storm of a thread, but...

What needs to happen for the sports teams to return to normal? Following the current logic, we covid test every person with a fever or that has been exposed and put the team on pause/ cancel competition until... the virus is eradicated completely? How will they know 2 years from now that an athlete with flu symptoms isn't carrying SarsCov2 and that extreme caution shouldn't be taken?

I'm just saying that due to the "theres no measure too extreme if we save one life" attitude there doesn't appear to be any situation that lends itself to returning to normalcy. At least not any time soon.
