DT:Frank Maile: Former Utah State DL coach and now Boise State DL coach. Recruits Utah well. Connects great w the Poly kids.
Linebacker: Former DC Kevin Clune has coached all over the place. Hawaii, Memphis, Utah St, Utah. Now just coaching linebackers at BYU.
DC/linebacker: Jeff Schmeddling...stood out right away at Eastern and Boise State picked him up right away as their DC. Harsin thought enough of him as only guy he took to Auburn as linebackers coach.
CB: Will Harris coached cbs at UW. Good young recruiter. Learned under Lake. Bright future in coaching.
CB/Safety: Kane Ioane: Boise St Co Dc: really smart young coach. Learned under Kwitkowski at Montana state. Great young recruiter. Relates well to poly kids.
CB: Ronny Bradford...longtime USC db coach is now at Montana. Great recruiter in LA basin.
CB: Donte Williams...it would take serious $$$ to hire him. But the interim USC HC is one of the best recruiters in country.

Most importantly, it’s not the typical list of only former Coug players with no coaching experience or former Coug coaches with no ties to Dickert.

the guys he has now are and were his staff, why would he hire others? our db play has benn better than I can evr remember with banker, no need to change

Logo was the DT coach and Cooper took over all DL ...Richardson was the CB and recruiting coordinator and Dickert got promoted. We have THREE openings on the D staff.

Timmy Chang- played in Run N Shoot and went to St Louis HS...great recruiter
Kirby Moore- has done a great job w Fresno Wr...local Prosser kid...one of the top recruiters on Fresno staff
Eric Scott-coached at Nevada and now at San Jose state...longtime hs coach in LA area
Junior Adams Pac 12 ties... Adams is a former Eastern coach and coached at Oregon State, UW and W Kentucky
Kyle Cefalo- really young up and coming coaching prospect from Utah St. Anderson brought him from Ark St for a reason.
OC:
Roderick from BYU...would take some major cash..would be a dream hire to combine w Smith for some run n shoot flavor. QB whisperer at BYU. Top recruiter in So Cal.
Anthony Tucker: Utah St. Great young coach who Anderson coached w Ark St back 8 years ago. Was Coordinator at UCF under Heupel.
OL:
Brent Myers... Grew Up on the Palouse and has coached everywhere. Currently at Weber State. Coached at Boise St, Uw, ASU....great friends w Dirk Koetter. Has recruiting connections across the West.
Darrell Funk.....BYU.....longtime OL coach has coached at Michigan, San Diego ST, Colorado St....bring more of a physical running game to the Palouse

Chang is an interesting name. He could probably also help out with QBs. He’s also got some lower division experience as OC in the run & shoot, so could provide some eye to the future as well.
