I was thrilled to see Falk take the outlet to the running back a few times on Saturday instead of waiting for the pocket to collapse completely. He keeps that up and he may actually survive to be one of our better QB's. He certainly has the opportunity (and potential) to set every WSU record.

Luke Falk is currently #9 in TDs (ahead of Jeff Tuel already),
#9 in Completions (82 Completions behind Ryan Leaf at #8)
#10 in Yards (343 yards behind Mark Rypien)

He's already a top 10 WSU QB in Tds/Yards/Completions ... in just 11 games starting.
He'll definitely be the #1 in Accuracy (68.8) well above current #1 Halliday (62.1) who passed up Jeff Tuel.

Falk is only a sophomore and continues to get better every week. When he leaves WSU he will do it as one of our best QBs of all time.

Yes, he holds onto the ball too long sometimes but he's working on that as he showed vs OSU. This guy is the first to practice, the last to leave and lives in the film room. He is constantly looking for ways to improve and has a perfect demeanor for a QB.

In other words, I'm full steam ahead on the Luke Falk hype train!
