No doubt about it at all. Having watch Guy play this is his son. Great outing by Noah and he cut a wide swath. Actually the entire team played very well to include AJ and DJ along with the big's. The late Walk-on add had a nice game as well.

I always heard Guy referred to as "Black Magic".

Or maybe that's what I thought as he dunked over me in the New Gym.

Not that that was unusual by any means.

This might sound like sacrilege, but Noah played was well as his dad ever did, beyond the scoring, rebounds, assists and lock down defense, like the big Guy, he single handedly got Cals top scorer. and only chance to get back in the game, in foul trouble in less than 5 minutes.

Finally, there is a point of comparison for the question, "how good was Guy Williams?," he was Noah Williams against Cal in 2021 good.

Noah Williams Stat Line:

32 points, 8,9 rebounds, 7,8 Assist, 3,4 steals, LOCKDOWN DEFENSE.

Lebron James had comparable 30 points, 10 Rebounds, 10 Assist 5 steals stat lines in highschool, NBA.

Magic Johnson had 30 point, 10 Rebounds, 10 assist, 5 steals type games comparable to Noah.

Same for Kobe Bryant, Jordan.

Now not saying Noah is as good, or going to be as good.

What I am saying is Noah is semi consistently doing AWESOME STATS against Pac 12 defenses, and might probably is a future NBA Prospect, whether a DRAFT prospect, undrafted FA, or G League, etc.

Also at this point in his career, I think he is, was better then CJ was when CJ was in year 2 of his college career.

And CJ plays for the Portland Trailblazers.

So I think its fair to say Noah is already a NBA prospect or at least a FUTURE NBA prospect at the very least, especially if he Noah keeps this up.

A great game by Noah followed by an outstanding post-game interview. What an impressive young man!

(In the post-game interview, the focus on Noah was diminished slightly by Chun passing in front of the camera to congratulate Noah while he was answering the interviewers’ questions. Well-intentioned, I suppose, but he could have waited a couple minutes and let Noah own the well-deserved media attention. It did prompt the interviewer to mention Chun’s name, though, so there’s that.)

Guy because of injuries was as much unrealized potential as he was an accomplished player.

He was the second coming of magic. He at 6 9 could play point and three other positions .
