I really like Dickert and how he communicates. I think he's a good one.

But man, he's got a tough road competing with programs that pay the players so much more. Nevertheless, I think he will do well at Wazzu.

I can't wait till the season and too see Cameron ward in person and the new offense. I have faith in Coach Dickert. I might attend the USC, Stanford, and Wisconsin games so I'll see how good the Cougs will be this season. Hopefully, we can win more than 7 games games and make the Rosebowl. GO Cougs!

I see this as the same as the facilities arms race. Programs with bigger, flashier, newer facilities were viewed more favorably by higher rated recruits rather than the school itself. You have a gigantic locker room with Playstations hooked up to 70" TV's, state of the art gym and a nutrition table fit for royalty, you're more likely to land those bigguns. Its only shifted to NIL $$ now. Instead of just dumping money into facilities, now they have to dump money into players.
