Washington State is the latest offer for Bethesda (Md.) Landon School OLB Keith Simms, he announced on Twitter. The 6-foot-3, 225-pound outside linebacker is rated four-stars by Rivals and also holds offers from California, UNC, Stanford, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin and many others. Simms is ranked the No. 21 outside linebacker prospect in the 2016 class.
