Portland (Ore.) Central Cathedral ATH Lamar Winston announced on Twitter tonight that he picked up an offer from Washington State. The 6-foot-3, 205-pounder is rated four-stars by Rivals and the No. 11 athlete in the 2016 class. In addition to WSU, the Rivals250 prospect holds offers from Arizona State, Boise State, Oregon, Oregon State and Washington.
