Washington State is Pac-12 offer No. 1 for Westlake Village (Calif.) Westlake RB Chase Jasmin, he announced on Twitter. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound running back is rated three-stars by Rivals and also holds offers from Montana State and San Jose State. He also reported an offer from Colorado back in January, but he says Washington State is his first Pac-12 offer.
