Washington State is the first program to offer Phoenix (Ariz.) North Canyon WR John Okwoli, he announced on Twitter today. The 6-foot-2 receiver says he's also heard from Duke, Minnesota and Miami. As a junior, he racked up 86 catches for 1,408 yards and 10 touchdowns.
