Interesting and I wasn't expecting Izundu to leave. Now 2 spots left open for next year. It's been pretty quiet other than Flynn.

No his leaving makes one wonder if it was for lack of playing time or the inability of the team to bond and win

Yup izundu ended up at SDSU. That is a tremendous surprise. SDSU recruited him and got away with it. THe SDSU fans on the other board are very happy with the situation. The monitors there seem to actively work against Kent. If i was Moos ,i would cut them off from the flow of information which they pay back with very negative coverage of coug basketball

Was it actually proven that SDSU tampered with Izundu? I know it was rumored and the reason given for Kent initially denying him the opportunity to go there...but I never saw anything definitive. Doesn't matter to me, if the kid wanted to leave WSU to play his 5th year, more power to him. I'd rather have players who want to stay.

There seemed to be a major chemistry problem on last years team that transcended the talent issue in dooming us to a terrible season. If that is in fact correct, then attrition was not only inevitable, but certainly could do no harm regardless of the talent or lack thereof of players leaving.

I am not saying last years team was immensely talented, but they underachieved to a greater degree compared to the talent on the team than any group I can remember at WSU. Not pointing fingers at anyone or any specific reason, just my impression.
