Seems fair to me. Their strengths match our strengths. Their secondary is good. They give up lots of yards rushing but so can we. We need to have another ++ turnover game from our D.

I think it's fair. I've watched more of their games than most, and that defense remains pretty good -- especially against the pass -- and on offense, they suck, but you can see them doing the kinds of things that have killed us for years. Misdirection, passes to Otton and Odunze. If McGrew is playing, he's the kind of UW back who has been a thorn in our side for years. Small, hides behind the line, quick and fast enough to burn us, avoids tackles for loss. Morris isn't good, but on intermediate throws, especially on play action, I've seen him get hot and be pretty solid. Colorado couldn't get off the field on third down yesterday but was fortunate to get some turnovers and have some other things go its way. In Husky Stadium, on Senior Day and all that, I think this will be a hard game to win. If we can, it speaks volumes and is not the typical win over a 4-7 team.

Their D is still very, very good against the pass. de Laura needs to be very careful. Would prefer a game plan that utilizes our two RBs 2/3 of the time. Wear them down.

I like our little quick pitch option to the left/right w DeLaura and Borghi. It has been very successful on short yardage. JDL might have to use his legs some in this game too. The bombs to Harris and Jackson out of the slot will be there. We must connect. They are gonna shut down Stribling and Ollie on the outside.

Eh I don’t know about that. Small corners can get had by bigger receivers. Put it up high though so it’s either a catch, incomplete, or PI.

All indications are Huard is starting the AC for them.

Huard might get the start and see extended playing time, but they’re not going to leave him out there to die on the vine. It’ll be a rotation of some sort.
