That's the formula, but against a real good team like Colorado, you need to add good shooting. All three aspects of the game (defense, ball handling, shooting) were needed to beat UO and, after the first half, to put away OSU. I'd like to think Cougars' shooting has turned a corner, but that can always come and go. They are a pretty resilient and mentally tough team right now, so it's not out of the realm of possibility that they can win at least one on this trip.Thursday night @ #23 Colorado, 7 pm PT on Pac12.
The short bench is going to make this a tough one but if Cougs play D like they have been and turn the ball over 8 times like they did against OSU, anything is possible.

Colorado is 13.5 point favorites.
Cougs have been pretty awful on the road this year. If they can't hit shots, it's gonna be a long night. Also their defense is worse on that road. Add to the fact that this road trip is the worse road trip in the conference, it's gonna be a tough game to keep close. I hope they can salvage the Utah game.
Well it appears to me that the big man must be not very good. I believe Donaldson back in the day who could hardly play basketball got more minutes. 4 minutes is just not enough. He needs to get some minutes in meaningful time. Not many but some to give Pollard a breather for 3 minutes once in a while. Coupled around timeout or something.
I look for some JC big man or grad transfer this team needs some bigs.
Nice game Cougs. You guys are much improved. Elleby is a beast! Like that 3 point shooter Henson too. Not much in the way of depth up front but that's true for all teams not in the top recruiting quadrant (UO, UW, UA, UCLA, USC). CJ is great on both ends of the court. Did not see that from him a year ago. Pretty good lineup you guys have there and I can see why you swept the Oregon schools. Tons of fire power and aggressive defensively. Just not enough size to be consistent.Thursday night @ #23 Colorado, 7 pm PT on Pac12.
